Concept: This design carries on the visual language of its two prequels in the Paradise Series (Red Suspenders and Paradise Discovered) – the high mountains of Colorado, the original cover’s handwritten type and just a general sense of home, comfort and the familiar. The shot in this cover progresses from the first two by presenting the rider, Rachel, in a front face shot as an attempt at continuity from the back and profile shots of the first two. This progression is as much a part of the design as the story, itself. The infinity shot behind Rachel also visually alludes to the title of this work.
In this third of the series of stories set in Paradise, Colorado, exploring the little mountain ranching town we discover that it is only in part who lives there, and in part who visits and impacts those who live there.
Every person is exposed to constant experiences and relationships that mold their lives. As lives mature opportunities for elements of nobility and grace begin to season these experiences. Enjoy these episodes drawn from actual occurrences and garnished with imagination to provide a healthy banquet of life from the mid-twentieth century in colorful Colorado as Paradise Explored
